How long does it take for my personalised gift to arrive?
It usually takes about 7-10 days.
How long does it take to create my memory bear, blanket or cushion?
Each keepsake is handmade with care. Orders typically take up to 5 weeks from the time we receive your fabrics. We will notify you when your order is ready for dispatch.
What clothes can I send for a Memory Gift?
We can work with most clothing materials, including baby grows, shirts, pyjamas, and soft cottons. However, we recommend avoiding chunky knits, plastic-based materials, and delicate fabrics that may not hold up well.
How do I prepare my fabrics for shipping?
Please wash and dry all fabrics before sending them. If you have specific requests, such as using certain parts of the clothing, include a note with your order.
Can I choose my fleece colour for blankets?
Yes! If you're ordering a Memory Blanket, you can select your fleece backing colour. Please specify this preference when placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is complete, we will email you with tracking details so you can follow its journey back to you.
