If you’re ordering a Personalised Cushion, Blanket, Bunting, or Taggie, follow these steps:

- Select the product you’d like from our Personalised Gifts collection.
- Choose your preferred fabric from our range of soft cottons and fleeces.
- Add a name.

Place Your Order
- Complete your order online
- Allow approximately 7-10 working days from order to delivery.

We Create Your Gift
Our team handcrafts your order with love and care, ensuring it meets our high-quality standards.
4.
Receive Your Gift
Your finished item will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracked postage.
Ordering a Keepsake Gift
Made from Your Own Clothes
If you’re ordering a Memory Bear, Memory Blanket, or Memory Cushion, follow these steps:

Choose Your Gift
- Select a handmade memory bear, blanket or cushion.
- For memory blankets, choose your size and fleece backing colour.
2.
Gather Your Baby Clothes
- Each product requires a certain number of baby clothes or sentimental clothing items (see product descriptions for details).
- Please wash and dry all fabrics before sending them.
3.
Send Us Your Clothes
• Package your clothes securely and include your return address and include any special requests.
• Post them to our Galway-based workshop, We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your clothes arrive safely.
4.
We Create Your Keepsake
• Once we receive your clothes, we begin handcrafting your unique item with care and attention to detail.
• Processing time is up to 5 weeks from the date we receive your items.

Your finished item will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you with tracked postage.
